Great vintage 50s Red & black plaid wool jacket. Snap and slit pockets at the front. Snap pockets at the back, the interior of that area lined with waterproof material. 
Coats & Clark heavy-duty zipper up the front. Quilted lining. 
This is a really nice hunting jacket from the era. 
There is a fragment of an Amalgamated Union Label near the hemline. 
There are buttons along the underside of the collar, it may have had a detachable hood at one time.
